Welcome to PlantBasedEva.com. My name is Eva, and I am certified as a culinary nutrition expert and health coach. Over the last ten years I have been on a journey to claim back my health. I have discovered a real passion for cooking and healthy living.
My vision for this website is to share some of the things that I have learned. Things that I wish somebody told me when I was starting out.
I want this to be a positive place, so take what you need and leave what you don’t. Just because something seems basic to you, doesn’t mean it isn’t helpful information for someone else.
