Hello and Welcome!

Hello and Welcome!

Most people are creatures of habit and like to stay in their comfort zone. That is to say they will buy from the same stores, make their favorite recipes times and over again and just live within their familiar routines. But, if somewhere along the line, you do get serious about eating better and adopting a healthier lifestyle, you will need to stir things up.

You will need to lose the bad eating habits and get creative about your diet and lifestyle.

That is somewhat like what happened to me when I got serious about making a change for the better. From being someone who ate whatever she wanted to someone who changed her eating habits to a mostly plant based diet, I have come a long way.

When I realized the amount of exposure I got from chemicals and toxins on a daily basis, it was a wake up call for me. Everything from the food I ate to any cosmetics that I put on my skin was choke full of toxins and chemicals. Not a great way to start the day- I should think!

So I started looking into it. Now this can be easier said than done for people are generally skeptical about changing their lifestyle and diet. They grow accustomed to what they eat and drink and there is always the fear of trying something new.

Giving up my old ways of eating whatever was convenient and on hand, I started becoming aware of what I put on my plate. Now I am much happier and healthier than I have ever been before. I not only eat well but canโ€™t complain about the way my skin looks and feels as well.

Now you can join me on my journey by subscribing to the Plant Based Eva YouTube channel. There are lots of healthy recipes, tips and videos to guide you along the way.

I decided to study in holistic nutrition, got my certification from Nutraphoria School of Holistic Nutrition. I also completed my studies at the Academy of Culinary Nutrition

I know that eating healthier can be intimidating at first- I was there once too. But when you start to see the results and how good it makes you feel, you will not want to go any other way.

With time, your preferences will change and the cravings will fade away.

Just remember that changing the way you eat will take time and you are more likely to succeed if you take one step at a time.

Make an effort to slowly include new habits over time and before you know it, you will be eating better, losing weight, and achieving your overall health goals.

I look forward to keeping you company on your way to better health, and glowing skin!

If you are looking to transition to a plant-based lifestyle or simply want to add more plant-based meals to your menu, you are at the right place! All my recipes are gluten-free, dairy-free, and mostly plant-based.

Stay healthy,

Eva
