No Oil Colorful Bell Pepper Salad

When it comes to eating healthy plant-based style, you want to make sure your plate is covered with all the colors of the rainbow. That’s why today, we’re going to look at a no oil colorful bell pepper salad that you can make within seconds! It’s extremely easy and wonderfully beneficial to your healthy lifestyle.

The bell pepper salad is exactly what it says it is: a salad made from bell pepper. And this time, you’ll be incorporating bell peppers of every color in order to get the complete colorful combination!

Ingredients

Here is what you’ll need to get started:

  • ½ of an orange bell pepper
  • ½ of a green bell pepper
  • ½ of a red bell pepper
  • ½ of an English cucumber
  • ½ of a red onion
  • 2 tsp of coconut sugar
  • ¼ cup of apple cider vinegar

The first step is chopping. You want to chop all of your bell peppers into small squares, making them the easier one-bite component of the salad, getting a burst of each pepper in each mouthful. Slice the cucumber up so it’s well diversified in the salad and chop the red onion as you’d like.

Mixing in two teaspoons of coconut sugar is optional for a sweeter taste but will not take anything away from the salad if you don’t add it. Be sure to use coconut sugar as it’s a much healthier option in comparison to regular white sugar.

This salad only takes seconds to compose and is a great splash of color on your table no matter the mealtime. Whether it’s for lunch, dinner, a get-together, or on the go, there will always be an opportunity to whip up a colorful bell pepper salad.
