I’ll be sharing with you the recipe for Steamed Broccoli Salad with Tahini Garlic Sauce.
The first thing you want to do is to steam your broccoli. Once it’s steamed, just put it aside as you prepare the sauce.
For the Tahini Garlic Sauce, you will need tahini, garlic, water, cumin powder, cayenne pepper, sea salt, coriander and lemon juice. Add all the ingredients in your blender and mix well until you get a nice smooth texture. The ingredients that are used in the sauce are all 100% natural.
The important thing to remember when making any sauce is to stick to natural organic ingredients. While people often prefer buying ready-made sauce from the store because they don’t have time to make it at home, it’s often not worth it since store-bought products are often filled with artificial flavors and lots of sugar.
Making a homemade sauce is not as time consuming as people think. With simple ingredients that you often already have in your pantry, it’s just a question of putting it in your food processor or blender and letting it do the job for you.
